Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Newfie Ink & Blooms website and purchases made through our store. Please review them before placing an order.

Orders and information

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when ordering. Prices, availability, and descriptions may change for future orders. If an error affects your order or we cannot supply an item or class, we will contact you to resolve it, including a refund for any cancelled purchase.

Prices and payments

Store prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is required to complete a purchase.

Class bookings

Please review the class listing for the date, time, location, and what is included. Follow the instructor's reasonable safety instructions and use materials as directed.

Class cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, except where required by law. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund. To request cancellation, email newfieinkandblooms@gmail.com with your name, order number, and class date. The time your email is received determines whether the deadline is met. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Physical products

The class cancellation policy does not apply to physical products. Any product-specific terms and delivery arrangements will be disclosed in the listing or at checkout. Contact us about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Your statutory rights remain applicable.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the store. Please review it before submitting personal information.

Website use

Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security, or misuse other people's personal information. Website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Applicable law and customer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing purchase.
