Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to class bookings with Newfie Ink & Blooms.

Cancellations by customers

You may cancel your booking for a full refund if your cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the class start time and no-shows are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations by us

If Newfie Ink & Blooms cancels your class, you will receive a full refund.

How to request a cancellation

Email newfieinkandblooms@gmail.com with your name, order number, and class date. The time your email is received determines whether your request meets the 48-hour deadline.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
